 JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain an accurate day to day record of financial transactions
  • Verify that transaction are recorded in the day book
  • Enter data, maintain record and financial statements
  • Process account and handle payroll in a timely manner
  • Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries
  • Monitor office supply levels
  • Track and maintain inventory records
  • Monitor any variances from the projected budget
  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
  • Record payments, cash receipts, prepare checks and make bank deposits
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filling system
  • Follow accounting policies and procedures

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor Degree in finance related field
  • Able to prepare and understand a financial statement
  • Keen attention to details
